Read this once and let it sink in. HELM is software. Vantage Digital LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, CPA firm, law firm, or insurance agency. Nothing in HELM — including AI-generated commentary, Tax Brain output, weekly insight emails, or PDF reports — constitutes investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

Not an investment advisor

Vantage Digital LLC is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or any state securities regulator as an investment advisor under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. We do not:

Provide personalized investment advice or recommendations.
Manage assets or hold a fiduciary duty to you.
Recommend that you buy, sell, or hold any specific security.
Take custody of any client funds or securities.
Place trades on your behalf.

Not a broker-dealer

We are not registered with FINRA or any securities self-regulatory organization. HELM does not facilitate, route, or execute securities transactions.

Not a CPA or tax attorney

Tax Brain output — wash-sale flags, harvesting suggestions, RMD reminders, IRA contribution helpers, QSBS calculations, §1031 exchange estimates, charitable-giving math, residency-rule prompts — is generated from current federal rules and the data you input. It is educational. It is not the opinion of a Certified Public Accountant or licensed tax attorney. State and local tax rules vary. Your specific facts vary. Always confirm any tax-impacting move with a licensed tax professional before executing.

Not legal advice

Beneficiary records, insurance summaries, and document-vault organization features are personal-organization tools. They are not estate-planning advice. They do not replace a will, trust, or directive drafted by a licensed attorney admitted in your state.

AI output disclaimer

Ask HELM, weekly insight emails, and the Tax Brain rationale layer use Anthropic's Claude language model. AI output:

Can be wrong, outdated, or hallucinate facts that look plausible.
Has no real-time market data — it does not know today's prices.
Has no access to your tax returns, your filing status, or your state's specific rules unless you provide them in the prompt.
Has no fiduciary duty and no licensure.
Should be treated as educational thinking-out-loud, not advice.

Past performance & forward-looking statements

Performance figures shown in HELM (return on cost basis, unrealized gain/loss, allocation drift, etc.) are calculated from the data you enter. They are historical and descriptive. Past performance is not indicative of future results. HELM does not project, forecast, or guarantee future investment returns.

Specific tax-rule references

HELM's Tax Brain references current U.S. federal tax provisions including (without limitation): Internal Revenue Code §1091 (wash sales), §1202 (qualified small business stock), §1031 (like-kind exchanges), §170 (charitable contributions), §401 / §408 / §457 (retirement plans), the SECURE 2.0 Act, and IRS contribution and RMD-age limits in effect for 2025–2026. Tax law changes; what's in HELM today may be outdated tomorrow. Always check the current rule with your tax professional or directly at irs.gov before acting.

Affiliations & conflicts of interest

Vantage Digital LLC has no compensation arrangements with any brokerage, fund, or financial product. We do not receive payment from any institution for displaying it in HELM's account-firm picker. CSV format support for Schwab, Fidelity, Vanguard, E*TRADE, IBKR, and Coinbase exists because their formats are common — not because of any commercial relationship.

Jurisdiction

HELM is offered from Texas, United States. We make no representation that the service is appropriate for use in jurisdictions outside the United States. If you access HELM from outside the U.S., you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
