The terms — every detail

• 30% lifetime recurring. Not first-month, not first-year. Every month the operator pays, you get 30% of their tier (founding $23.70 / standard $44.70 / studio $89.70).
• No caps. Refer 5, 50, or 500 — same rate.
• No clawbacks past day 30. If an operator refunds within 30 days, no commission. After day 30, the commission is yours regardless of churn.
• Cookie-free attribution. Each partner gets a unique code (e.g. ?ref=CPA-MEDLOCK). The operator's signup ties to that code at the Stripe webhook layer — no browser cookies, no privacy issues with your clients.
• Monthly payouts via Stripe Connect or direct deposit, on the 15th. Partner dashboard shows pending + paid breakdown.
• Co-marketing welcomed. Want to do a webinar? Co-write a Substack? Drop us a note. We do brand-voice only on our side (the studio doesn't have a personal-name face), but you have full freedom to author.
• FTC-compliant disclosure required. When you recommend HELM publicly, disclose the partner relationship. Standard "I earn a commission if you sign up using my link" language is fine.
• No referrals to competitor products. Once you're in the program, we ask that you don't actively recommend Empower, Monarch, Mint, or Personal Capital alongside HELM (you can mention them in comparison posts, just don't recommend them).
• Free HELM Studio account for active partners with 5+ active referrals — so you can use it yourself with your own data while pitching it.

What we ask in return

• Recommend HELM only when it's a fit. Don't spray your audience — credibility is your asset, not ours.
• Disclose the partner relationship publicly per FTC.
• Send recommendations through the unique code, not a generic atthelm.com link, so attribution catches.
• Don't claim HELM provides advice — it doesn't. Educational tool only. Compliance floor we both share.

How signup works

2. Receive your unique code + partner kit. Includes your link, FTC-disclosure boilerplate, talking points, and 5 template emails for your audience.
3. Refer. Use the link in your emails, blog, podcast notes, or 1:1 client recommendations.
4. Track in real time. Partner dashboard shows clicks → signups → conversions → pending revenue.
5. Get paid monthly. 15th of each month. Direct deposit or Stripe Connect.
